Tetrabyte has systematically grown our client base by providing high quality services, our clients often reached out to friends and business contacts to recommend Tetrabyte’s Business IT Support to them.
When our clients take the time and effort to contact people they know and recommend our services, we like to reward them for their time, loyalty and enthusiasm by giving something back.
This information is provided for the clarity and openness with all our present and future clients
- The Tetrabyte Referral Scheme provides a single payment to the referrer, their organisation or nominated charity as decided by the referrer.
- Liability to comply with any ‘Acceptance of Gifts / Benefits Policy’ of the referrers workplace/organisation remains with the referrer.
- Payment is made by bank transfer only, upon signing a self-bill invoice and providing banking info. Transfers may only be made to UK bank accounts.
- This payment is due upon new clients completing their initial three months of service with Tetrabyte but may be paid sooner at our discretion.
- The payment is the value of the first months ‘Monthly Remote IT Support’ fees up to a maximum of £3000.
- This payment is not made on the value of other services such as, but not limited to, hosted exchange, backup, spam filtering, on-site support, one off/incident based remote support, hardware or internet connectivity services.
- Tetrabyte must be advised of the referral before, or within 48 hours of the referee contacting Tetrabyte, to qualify for payment. Subject to being first contact and new business only.
- Referrers must mention the Referral Scheme when advising Tetrabyte of the referral.
- Tetrabyte reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.
- Not available to Directors/owners of new businesses contacting Tetrabyte directly for contracts within their new business. Referral’s must be of a Third Party.
- Not available to employees of new businesses contacting Tetrabyte directly unless the employee worked with Tetrabyte via another business in the past.
- Not available to existing Clients taking additional services, including but not limited to IT Support, Office 365 and/or Telephone Systems.
Any payments made are at the sole discretion of the company director. Referral payments may be refused at any time without reason at the sole discretion of the company director.
Referral payments must not be relied upon as a basis of any business signing a contract with Tetrabyte, these payments do NOT form any part of the Contract.
