The team at Tetrabyte have been celebrating lately, having become the largest independent I.T. Support Provider in the area and still offering the IT Support and Services our clients expect and love.
In many industries, small businesses grow, build a customer base and finally sell out to larger organisations who look to stamp their own mark on acquisitions, standardise processes and take away that independent touch of personal customer service. Recently Tetrabyte’s core competitor in the area was acquired by another firm which has been buying up smaller firms around the country (4 firms this year alone!) What happens to the customer experience and intimate business knowledge as firms merge into larger organisations? Well basically it becomes diluted into just names on a database.
As for Tetrabyte we have denied requests over the years to be purchased by larger firms, resulting in our customer experience remaining strong.
